With a legal degree from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law and California Bar membership since 2016, Allen Splopuko’s experience includes serving as in-house Defense Trial Counsel for a leading auto insurance company as well as serving as a prominent Plaintiff attorney for a Los Angeles firm, specializing in high-stakes catastrophic injury cases. This dual background empowers him to anticipate the strategies of both sides.

Through his uniquely diverse legal background, Allen honed his trial and advocacy skills. After years of working at distinguished law firms, Allen decided to follow his true calling: founding AMS Law to champion the rights of the injured and fight for their rightful compensation as a California personal injury attorney.

Prior to his career as a Los Angeles personal injury lawyer, Allen served nine and a half commendable years in the military, teaching him the essence of sacrifice and service, and instilling in him a deep sense of duty and advocacy for those in need.
